It’s an excellent idea to have these to distribute. Had I been prepared for what happened in my own area last year, this would have been ideal to have and still may prove to be but I have no method of distribution.
I do want to say that I got sick around the same period (2009-2012) and was put on several different psychopharmaceuticals which only served to make me exponentially worse. I ended up completely disabled in 2013 and have been this way ever since. I started seeing any healthcare professionals I thought might be able to get me back on my feet. I saw everyone from regular doctors to psychiatrists, psychologists, naturopaths, etc. until, by 2015, I realized I was chasing my tail and was only getting worse. At that point, I was essentially cold-turkeyed off medications which caused a whole host of other issues.
I find it highly suspicious that, as technology was making us sicker, that’s when there was a huge push to roll out psychopharmaceuticals to anyone who was experiencing symptoms and had no idea where those were coming from. I remember specifically campaigns from the medical industry saying that mental illness was not being treated out of shame or lack of education or awareness. Then came the “Medicated & Mighty” propaganda which had morons posting pictures of themselves and their medications in hand. smh I wonder now if it’s all absolutely connected.
I just went back to review some of my old Wordpress blog entries to find my symptoms that I had attributed to the damage from psychopharmaceuticals are all on the list of EHS symptoms as well. A smart meter had been placed on our home in approximately 2010… These are the symptoms I was reporting:
State of being dazed, confused or disoriented
Headache
Fatigue or drowsiness
Difficulty sleeping
Sleeping more than usual
Dizziness or loss of balance
Weakness or numbness in fingers and toes
Loss of coordination
Sensory problems, such as blurred vision, ringing in the ears, a bad taste in the mouth or changes in the ability to smell
Sensitivity to light or sound
Memory or concentration problems
Mood changes or mood swings
Feeling depressed or anxious
Profound confusion
Agitation, combativeness or other unusual behavior
Suicidal ideation
Rumination
Akathisia
Heart issues didn’t start until after the latest smart meter deployment last September.
The akathisia is a very interesting one to note because I changed the way I sat with my laptop (hardwired) and became even more careful with managing the power to the chair I need to keep my back from falling apart. Managing my use of these electronics has eliminated my akathisia. What is akathisia? It’s a condition attributed to medications that causes unbearable restlessness (kind of like restless leg syndrome but all over your body) which causes mental anguish as well.
Anyway, just my two cents. If you have suggestions on how someone can distribute these when they can’t effectively leave their homes, I’d love some ideas. I’m not done fighting. I’m just becoming more limited in my ability to fight.
JoyFul Heart, I am so pleased to have your engagement with this post. You’ve contributed far more than $0.02 to this important topic!
I am grateful you took the time to review what must have been a painful historical period to corroborate with my symptom list. You really ticked so many of the boxes. Although not exclusively from a broadcasting meter, you clearly had some EMF-overexposure for your biology. So often people have mold in the house or did a recent home renovation and that pushes the sensitive biology to a new heightened state.
Would you perhaps have classified the bad taste in your mouth to something akin to a ‘metallic taste’? That was one of the symptoms I could not fit on the page.
Medications might offer symptom reduction, though they will likely never actually effect a recovery. The psycho-stigmatization just added to the indignities you have had to bear. You were being poisoned by industrially-sourced toxins and they were victim blaming/shaming.
Have you ever had a chance to read through Dr. Neil Nathan’s 2018 “Toxic” book or his new 2024 followup for sensitive patients? I highly recommend the former, and just got my inter-library loan for the latter.
Besides sending the PDF for people to print at home, I am also planning to preprint a stack of glossy symptom checklists, add my own branding (for the Bio-Safer Housing consultancy) and offer as a free mailing to anyone who asks. I just need to continue to get review feedback to assure myself that it is suitable as a tool before having so many copied printed up.
I used my old symptoms list from my blog but cannot even remember the bad taste. I ended up with such bad brain damage it took me a very long time to be able to even write my own name again. Today, nearly 10 years after the cold-turkey of medications, I am forcing myself to read but have not successfully finished an entire book despite my best effort. So I can’t tell you what that bad taste was like. I just know it existed because I wrote about it.
I’m thankful that I retained my ability to type because spending hours online on Facebook with others suffering my same damage was how I was kept alive when at my worst. Today I wonder how many in that community were suffering from both chemical poisoning via “medications” and electromagnetic poisoning. I stopped participating in Facebook years ago and have only had contact with a few from the community since. Unfortunately, none of them seemed to have learned from their mistakes as they continue to seek “medical” attention for their new ailments while calling people like me “conspiracy theorists”. lol
I agree there are triggers that make sensitivity worse. I can pinpoint several in my life that, for me, were clearly the cause of ramped up symptoms. Our last vacation was in 2019. We drove our old motorhome to Glacier National Park and stayed in a campground with a cell tower directly above our site the first night. The second day we’d moved on to a campground close to the park where the wifi in the office literally almost knocked me over. The next change was the new smart meter placed on this house last September at which point my heart went sideways and I’ve had irritability and aggressive behavior since then. Then I got hit November 5th by an unknown source on a drive to Costco at the coast. Maybe two weeks after that I had a strange dream about a car wreck and woke up with loud, unrelenting tinnitus since that day. Since moving into a small space in the house where we have most power turned off and can achieve comparatively low levels, my heart is getting better but the rest remains unchanged and makes it hard to live around other humans.
I was considering doing a mailing to residents just in my town. I know that would be quite expensive but may make me feel better. Even if I sent one per block maybe neighbors would discuss it? Our town has the smart water meters as well which were causing residents to be significantly overcharged for their water (I live outside of town on private water so it doesn’t effect me). I tried to get people to organize and fight the city on this but no one was interested. They fixed their personal bills with the city and walked away. So I guess I’m not sure it will help to do this mailing but it’s better than nothing.
By the way, do you have something different in your settings for comments? I’m finding it hard to get to them on your substack specifically.
